Danika Fry

Danika Fry is an Executive Director in the healthcare investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Fry has a proven track record in digital health and healthcare services, working extensively across primary care, women’s health, specialty care, managed care, and healthcare IT sectors, delivering comprehensive industry insights and strategic advice.
Ms. Fry’s transaction experience is extensive, covering sell-side and buy-side advisory, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets.
Some of her notable recent transactions include the $8.9 billion acquisition of Summit Health / CityMD by VillageMD, the $3.9 billion sale of One Medical to Amazon, the $3.2 billion sale of IVIRMA to KKR, and the $2.1 billion acquisition of Iora Health by One Medical. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in the IPOs of One Medical and Oak Street Health, and has executed various debt offerings and private placements.
Ms. Fry holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology from Stanford University.
